Minimum length of stay
- Low season (April, May, September, October, November) : 2 nights
- High season (June, July, August) : 3 nights
Confirmation of Reservation
- To confirm the reservation, we require the signing of the rental agreement and payment of a deposit equal to 50% of the total amount.
- The final payment of the remaining 50% must be received at least 30 days before arrival (a payment link will be sent 35 days before the arrival date).
- A security deposit will also be required of you 35 days prior to the start of your stay and will be returned within 15 business days.
