Situated facing the Mediterranean Sea, less than a kilometer from the lighthouse and the basilica of Santa Maria di Leuca, where the Ionian Sea meets the Adriatic, this imposing villa offers breathtaking panoramic views. Its white walls and stones bear witness to a rich Salentine heritage, while inside, vast and luminous spaces are arranged with discreet elegance.
The villa includes six bedrooms, all air-conditioned and equipped with private bathrooms. A spacious living room opens onto a 100 m² terrace with a panoramic view of the Mediterranean. The 12,000 m² garden is a paradise of colors and scents, featuring a sea-view pool, relaxation areas, an outdoor shower, a barbecue area, and private parking. Completed in 2023, the villa can accommodate up to 12 adults, making it ideal for groups of 2 or 3 families. Every moment at Villa Leucade promises comfort, serenity, and unforgettable memories.

- To confirm the reservation, we require signature of the rental contract and payment of a deposit of 50% of the total amount.
- Final payment of 50% must be received at least 30 days prior to arrival (a payment link will be sent to you 35 days prior to arrival).
- You will also be asked to pay a deposit 35 days before your stay and will be returned within 15 working days.

Il nostro soggiorno presso villa Leucade è stata un’esperienza straordinaria, di pace e relax completo, mi auguro di poterlo ripetere quest’estate per un periodo più lungo.
La villa si trova in una posizione strategica essendo a pochi metri dal Faro di Leuca, e con facile accesso alla strada statale da cui raggiungere le spiagge del Salento tra Lido Marini, le Maldive del Salento, la località Ciolo, ed il collegamento con l’aeroporto.
La villa è lussuosa e dotata di ogni confort, è stata appena ristrutturata in tutti gli spazi, interni ed esterni, siamo stati infatti i primi ospiti a soggiornarvi. La casa è davvero grande e con soggiorno, cucina e camere spaziose, arredate in modo molto elegante. Atmosfera di pace assoluta, giardino immenso con vista mozzafiato verso il mare, una piscina molto grande che non abbiamo utilizzato perché’ non ancora sufficientemente caldo.
Villa Leucade è stupenda, oltre le nostre aspettative. Spazi grandi e arredati con gusto, giardino meraviglioso e curato, atmosfera di pace e relax indescrivibili. Piscina meravigliosa! L’host Enea gentile e disponibile. Torneremo senz’altro!!
Arianna’s place was gorgeous. The outdoor space is particularly good with great view, lovely swimming pool and great seating areas. Well equipped and lovely walking to leuca. Everything was brand new. Local shops, great butcher all within 5 mins drive.
Arianna and Enea were extremely helpful and very accommodating.

Villa Leucade è un luogo magico dove ho trascorso qualche giorno di pace e relax insieme alla mia famiglia ed alcuni amici. La villa è splendida, i proprietari gentilissimi, premurosi e sempre disponibili per fornire informazioni e consigli. Ci tornerò sicuramente. Basta questo per comprendere il grado di soddisfazione!
Il soggiorno nella Villa Leucade è stata un’esperienza indimenticabile. La villa era incantevole, con ampi spazi arredati con stile e una vista mozzafiato. La piscina privata era il punto forte, perfetta per rilassarsi e divertirsi insieme. La casa e la cucina in particolare era ben attrezzata. Oltretutto era ben equipaggiata anche per le due bimbe che erano con noi, con seggioloni e culle. Le camere erano spaziose e confortevoli. La posizione è anche strategica se si vuole visitare diversi posti e spiagge.
Arianna e i suoi collaboratori, augustine e sebastien, sono stati disponibilissimi sia prima che durante il soggiorno. Non solo per quanto riguarda la casa ma anche per consigli su cosa fare e dove andare.
Abbiamo avuto un problema con l’acqua calda ma augustine e sebastien hanno subito provveduto per risolvere al più presto.
Consiglio vivamente questa villa per una vacanza con amici e/o in famiglia per un’esperienza davvero unica e piacevole. Grazie ancora!
Dreamlike accommodation
The “”Villa Leucade”” offers everything you need to enjoy the perfect holiday in wonderful Salento. The newly built villa is slightly elevated in a beautiful garden and has a wonderful pool with cosy seating areas. At breakfast or dinner on the terrace, you can enjoy an incredible view of the sea and the landscape. The extraordinary light moods and unforgettable sunsets deserve a special mention.
The centre of Santa Maria di Leuca is close by and the famous beaches on the Ionian Sea are easily accessible by car. Arianna is a wonderful hostess and the on-site support from Sebastien and Lisa is excellent and uncomplicated.
Very stylishly furnished house in a beautiful location with absolute privacy. We had booked the house for a week. Augustine and Sebastien were our hosts who warmly welcomed us to the house. The communication went very well. We had ordered extra breakfast service and a chef who came to cook for a few days. Highly recommended! The rooms in the house are spacious, with beautiful bathrooms. The air conditioning throughout the house keeps it nice and cool inside. The kitchen is fully equipped with beautiful views of the surroundings. Beautifully landscaped garden that is illuminated in the evening, making the place even more idyllic. Large pool that was cleaned every two days. Our family had a wonderful time in this beautiful house.

We had a terrific time at Villa Leucada in the summer of 2024.
Arianna was a gracious host, while Sebastien and Augustine provided terrific day-to-day management, with a friendly and flexible check-in, great advice/recommendations, help booking restaurants and highly responsive communication.
The villa itself is well designed and maintained – 6 spacious bedrooms, plenty of indoor and outdoor spaces, a well-stocked kitchen and beautiful gardens / swimming pool. From the terraces, you can see the Mediterranean beyond Santa Maria di Leuca, and everything felt very relaxed and zen. The interiors were relatively minimalist – we liked the style, although it did feel a little more like a high-end rental than somebody’s home.
The location was ideal – peaceful without any neighbors nearby, but with plenty of local towns, restaurants, grocery stores and beaches nearby. Larger towns like Gallipoli and Lecce are good for day trips, and Brindisi airport is 1.5 hours away.

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Leucade. From the start, Augustine and Sebastien went above and beyond to ensure our trip was smooth and memorable. They helped us organise airport transfers, car rental, and made fantastic restaurant recommendations, even taking care of our reservations.
The villa itself was stunning—spacious, clean, and well-appointed. When we encountered a minor issue with the pipes, it was resolved promptly, showing just how attentive and responsive the hosts are. On rainy days, they even thoughtfully provided us with painting supplies, which paired beautifully with the local wine we purchased through them.
We are incredibly grateful for their hospitality and for making our holiday so enjoyable. We highly recommend Villa Leucade and hope to return soon!
