Three fully restored historic stone buildings - The Trulli, The Lamia, and The Saraceno - offer 9 bedrooms, 8 bathrooms, and accommodation for up to 20 guests across 320 sqm of living space. An immersive place, conceived for large families, multi-generational groups or milestone celebrations, where each building holds its own story while the estate breathes as one.

The restoration followed the principles of bio-architecture: local stone, local craftsmen, and an unwavering respect for the land. The Trulli, built around an 18th-century vaulted structure, opens onto a generous living room with timber beams and a fireplace. The Lamia, a former farmhouse with barrel and star-vaulted ceilings, offers four en-suite rooms arranged around a private courtyard. The Saraceno - a 16th-century trullo of exceptional size - stands apart as a self-contained retreat with its own kitchen and outdoor space.

Outside, a 16-metre pool stretches between the buildings, surrounded by manicured lawns and the silver shimmer of the grove. A kitchen garden, a gym and wellness area, and a secluded Holiday Cabin invite guests to slow down and stay longer than planned.

Villa Arteviva is available in both Standard and Fully Staffed configurations - the latter including a dedicated team, daily personalised menus, and full lunch and dinner service for the duration of your stay.
