Booking Confirmation
A 50% deposit is required upon booking confirmation, along with the signed rental agreement.
The remaining 50% balance is due 30 days prior to arrival (a payment link will be sent 35 days before arrival).
A security deposit is required at the check-in by bank imprint or cash: €2'500. It will be automatically released within 15 days after your stay, provided no damages are found.
